Positions avaliable

We employ a wide range of experimental techniques including scanning tunnelling microscopy (STM), low temperature transport, photoemission spectroscopy and optical techniques (Raman, photoluminence) to study the properties of two-dimensional materials such as graphene and transition metal dichalcogenides and topological materials such as topological insulators and three-dimensional Dirac semi-metals.

We have a number of PhD scholarships available: email Prof. Fuhrer (michael.fuhrer@monash.edu) with your CV to discuss in further detail about how to apply.

The Fuhrer Group, and the FLEET Centre, strive to provide a more equitable environment for women and diverse groups. More information is here.
